I found this little memory jogging nugget while listening to another Spraying, excuse me again, Geo-Engineering documentary on Youtube. You can throw this into the face of those who find revulsion in the word: Chemtrail….which has been euphemistically relabeled as: GeoEngineering.
Transcript from the video, about which more will be said later:
U.S. Congress made up the term Chemtrail initially. House Bill HR 2977, the Space Preservation Act 2001, page 5, line 15, it’s there under “Exotic Weapons Systems” – Chemtrails.
Yes, “Chemtrails” a word made official by the U.S. government, categorizing Chemtrails as an: Exotic Weapons System!
Congress Chemtrail Definition – Roll clock ahead to about: 00:22:00:
In 2001, US Rep., Dennis Kucinich introduced HR 2977 “Space Preservation Act of 2001″. The text of the Bill defines Chemtrails as an exotic weapon.
On October 2, 2001 Congressman Dennis Kucinich, Ohio introduced HR 2977 during the 1st Session of the 107th Congress of the United States. The “Space Preservation Act of 2001” seeks to “preserve the cooperative, peaceful uses of space for the benefit of all humankind by permanently prohibiting the basing of weapons in space by the United States, and to require the President to take action and implement a world treaty banning space-based weapons.”
Kucinich forced to rewrite the Bill HR 2977, becoming: HR 3616
Causing Chemtrails to effectively disappear.
Today, it is evident that Kucinich did not give birth to the term Chemtrails, but instead has its’ entomology buried within agendas of a military scope. Whether Kucinich was aware of this association at the time he drafted HR 2977 is not clear. What is clear though is that “Chemtrails” did not originate from a den of conspiracy minded tinfoil hats, as media public relations firms and government representatives would like us to believe.
